How to delete a recipient?
Last updated on January 30, 2026To delete an existing recipient, please follow the steps below:
Steps:
Head over to the “Recipients” menu.
Select the desired recipient.
On the Recipient details page, click the
Options
menu (three dots icon).From the drop-down menu, click “Delete recipient”.
Click “Delete” again to confirm the action and complete the process.
Important note:
The default recipient cannot be deleted; it can only be updated. If you need to modify your default recipient, please refer to the “How to update a recipient” article.
