How to delete a recipient?

To delete an existing recipient, please follow the steps below:

Steps:

  1. Head over to the Recipients menu.

  2. Select the desired recipient.

  3. On the Recipient details page, click the Options menu (three dots icon).

  4. From the drop-down menu, click “Delete recipient”.

  5. Click “Delete” again to confirm the action and complete the process.

Important note:

The default recipient cannot be deleted; it can only be updated. If you need to modify your default recipient, please refer to the How to update a recipient article.
