I agree to the terms and conditions below;

1.The Merchant warrants that the Merchant has the power and authority to submit the information above. In case the Merchant is a company, the acceptance of these terms and conditions are agreed and accepted by the authorized director(s).

2. The Merchant consents and grants Omise the right to use and display its logo, images, and other materials provided by the merchant on Omise’s channels (including but not limited to email, Facebook, Instagram).

3. The merchant must notify Omise 7 business days prior to the campaign’s start date in case of any changes in promotion details as above mentioned (including but not limited to privilege, promo code, period, etc.).

4. Omise reserves the right to select the Merchant and its campaign to display/promote including terminate the Merchant’s campaign page without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Omise’s decision shall be final and binding on the merchant.
