Private Limited Company (Sdn. Bhd.)

A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation (SSM digital copy is acceptable)
For companies registered in 2017 onwards: Section 14 (Application for Registration of a Company) and Section 17 (Certificate of Incorporation of Private Company).
For companies registered in 2016 and before: Form 9 (Certificate of Incorporation).
A front and back copy of the identification cards for the authorized signing director.
A front and back copy of the identification cards for all major shareholders holding 25% or more.
A copy of Malaysia's bank passbook or most recent bank statement.
Office Signboard & Office interior picture.

Public Limited Company (Bhd. / Ltd.)

A certified true copy of the Certificate of Incorporation.
For companies registered in 2017 onwards: Section 14 (Application for Registration of a Company).
For companies registered in 2016 and before: Form 8 (Certificate Of Incorporation Of Public Company).
Organization Chart.
Latest AGM Meeting Minutes.
Office Signboard & Office interior picture.
A front and back copy of the identification cards for the authorized signing director.
A front and back copy of the identification cards for all major shareholders.
A copy of Malaysia's bank passbook or most recent bank statement.

Sole-Proprietor and Partnership

Borang D (Certificate Registration) / E (Certificate Renewal) issued within 6 months.
Office Signboard & Office interior picture.
A front and back copy of the identification cards for the authorized signing director.
A front and back copy of the identification cards for all major shareholders.
A copy of Malaysia's bank passbook or most recent bank statement.

Association/Non-profit Organization

Registration Certificate under Registrar of Societies Act 1966 (ROS).
Organization chart.
Latest minutes of meeting.
A front and back copy of the identification cards for the authorized signing director.
A front and back copy of the identification cards for all major shareholders.
A copy of Malaysia's bank passbook or most recent bank statement.

Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

LLP Registration Certificate.
LLP Profile (Business info & Business owner info).
A front and back copy of the identification cards for the authorized signing director.
A front and back copy of the identification cards for all major shareholders.
A copy of Malaysia's bank passbook or most recent bank statement.

Documents can be uploaded in PDF, JPG, or PNG format.
Official digital copies issued by SSM are acceptable where applicable.
Additional documents may be requested depending on the business type, business category, or verification findings.
Before submitting your application, make sure the business name on your bank document matches your registered entity name, and ensure all uploaded files are clear and readable.
